Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

• Fast Processing: Orders are prepared within 24 hours and shipped the following business day from our farm in Sanger, Texas.
• Shipping Rates: FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 before tax. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $7.99. Expedited USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional $20.
• Delivery & Tracking: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.
• Important: We ship to the continental U.S. only and do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses. USPS shipments include up to $100 in insurance.

Returns

• 30-Day Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Start a Return: Contact sue@goshenfarm.net before sending anything back. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
• Refunds & Exceptions: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, perishables, and certain personal care items are not eligible for return.
