Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from our farm in Sanger, Texas. We work to package and prepare orders quickly so they arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are packaged and prepared within 24 hours of receipt and are taken to the Post Office on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Military addresses

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

Please provide a valid physical shipping address when placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $100 or more before tax receive FREE standard shipping.

Orders under $100 are charged a $7.99 flat-rate shipping fee.

Expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional $20 per order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days.

Expedited orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, high-volume shipping periods, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing your USPS tracking number.

If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Insurance

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipments include shipping insurance of up to $100 per shipment.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

We will do our best to identify obvious address issues prior to shipment; however, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Once a shipment has been transferred to USPS, its transportation and delivery are handled by the carrier.

Claims involving packages that are lost or damaged while in the possession of USPS should be submitted directly to USPS by the customer.

For damaged or lost shipments, USPS claims can be submitted at:

When submitting a damage claim, USPS may require:

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Proof of purchase

If you need a copy of your invoice, shipping receipt, or other order documentation to assist with your claim, please contact us and we will be happy to provide it.

For missing shipments, you can contact your local Post Office or submit a missing mail request at:

If USPS tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Goshen Farm cannot be held responsible for theft or loss that occurs after delivery.

Replacement items for packages lost or damaged during shipping must be placed as a new order through our website.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Sanger, Texas area.

Pickup details and instructions will be provided to customers selecting or arranging local pickup.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact sue@goshenfarm.net as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your order has already been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
